Is the internet reliable enough for video calls?
Yes. We use multiple fiber-optic connections, and battery backup helps keep our Wi-Fi and internet equipment online during many local power outages. Air conditioning and client charging outlets are not included in that backup.
Can I come in for one day?
Yes. Day passes are available when space permits. Message us before arriving so we can confirm availability.
Do you have private areas for calls?
We have quieter rooms and cubicles that may be reserved for calls, subject to availability. They are not fully soundproof, and a day pass does not automatically include exclusive use of one.
Can members work outside staffed hours?
Yes. Monthly and permanent members can receive 24/7 access.
